This is a new optional course (Bachelor 3; 5 ECTS) offered by the Law Faculty. The course is open to law students as well as students in any of the social sciences. Although there exists a huge amount of anti-discrimination law on the international, European and national level, lawyers do not often ask the question how well this legislation addresses real life discrimination in society.

This semester the Europa Institute offers a new (LLC- Optional) course European Non-Discrimination Law on European social law and policies in the area of combating discrimination on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity and disablement.
