Columbia Summer Program

From July 2 until July 27 the 50th edition of the Columbia Summer Program will be held at the Law Faculty of Leiden University. The program is entirely taught by professors of the Columbia Law School ( New York), and is designed to provide a general introduction to the American legal system for lawyers and other (legal) professionals, or (graduate) students.

Telders International Law Moot Court Competition 2012

On 28 April 2012, a team from Norway (University of Oslo) won the 35th edition of the prestigious Telders International Law Moot Court Competition .

'In San Francisco only top marks are good enough'

Leiden students Anne van Es and Marije Verplanke are spending a term at Hastings College of the Law, University of California, in San Francisco. Anne is a third-year student of Criminology and Marije completed her bachelor's in Law last year.
