
Important announcement for Leiden University staff
- As from now you need to use your ULCN account to log in and request materials in the Catalogue. Since Monday June 22, the Leiden University Library System is linked to the Leiden University’s Personal Administration System (SAP). Data of employees and staff will be updated automatically in the Library System.

U-mail
Messages from the library, such as reminders and reserve messages, will be sent to you through U-mail. If you prefer to receive messages on a different mail address, please activate
mailforwarding
in your U-mail.
Library pass
To collect books and other library material a library pass is still necessary.
Employees without a library pass can request for a pass at the library’s circulation desk. Your library pass will remain valid as long as you are registered as staff at Leiden University.
