Léon Buskens appointed on Chair Law and Culture in Muslim Societies

Dr. Léon Buskens has been appointed as professor of Law and Culture in Muslim Societies, both at the Faculties of Humanities and of Law, as from August 2009. Within the faculty of law, Professor Buskens works at the Van Vollenhoven Institute. He combines this part-time appointment with the directorship of both LUCIS, Centre for the Study of Islam and Society as well as of ISIS, the Interuniversity School for Islam Studies.
