20 November|Panel discussion on "Communication to the ICC Prosecutor by ECCHR"

The Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, The Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum on International Humanitarian Law & The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) cordially invite you to a Panel Discussion on "Communication to the ICC Prosecutor by the ECCHR: Violence Against Trade Unionists In Colombia – A Case of Crimes against Humanity?"

On 9 October 2012, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) together with the Colombian human rights organization CAJAR and the Colombian trade union federation CUT submitted a communication to the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) at the International Criminal Court (ICC). The communication relates to the ongoing impunity for crimes against humanity committed in Colombia against trade unionists. The evening will present the main content and background of the communication, and will give room for discussion afterwards.
