Mr. L. R. Breuker
- Lennert Breuker is PhD researcher in the field of state responsibility. He specializes in international criminal law. Other fields of interest are international legal theory and international relations. After graduating at Leiden University in 2003 he worked for the department of Criminal Law as assistant lecturer. In 2005 he worked as a PhD fellow for the (Leiden) Europe Institute in the field of European Material Law. Currently he is working on his PhD thesis on state criminal responsibility, is book review editor at the Leiden Journal of International Law and lectures in several public international law courses.
